Holiday Tariffs at Les Rivieres

Self-Catering - Our gites are open all year around and are great value for money . Gites are cleaned by departing group, If you would prefer to leave without cleaning please add the following charge on to rental cost: 40€ for Lidoire or Valette, 55€ for Martrieux and  75€ for Beuronne
Long Lets – From September upto and including May our gites are available on a long term basis. Monthly rental plus bills around 500€ plus bills excluding the months of June, July and August.

B+B – Both Bed and Breakfast and Short Breaks are available – please enquire.

Our change-over day during July and August is Saturday but out of season departures can be more flexible.

Securing your booking

To secure a booking, a £200 deposit is requested accompanied by your booking form. A £100 damage deposit is required with the payment. This is refunded 1-2 weeks after departure. The balance and damage deposit is payable 6-8 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday.

Terms and Conditions.

1. Arrival possible anytime after 1pm, gite must be vacated by 10.00am.

2. Please notify us immediately of any damage or malfunctioning items. The gite must be thoroughly cleaned on departure or a charge will be levied. Gite must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

3. The gite is rented on the understanding that the pool, games room and outdoor areas are shared with the other gite guests and the owners.

2. Friends and visitors must be respectful of the other paying guests and due to insurance reasons are not allowed to use facilities.
